The prices are high but it's convenient. The older workers are usually very friendly but the younger workers should be trained better because I alway get the ones that will have "private" conversations with the sackers or silently scan my food and just stand there without telling me my total making me have to turn the screen and chack for myself and not get a thank you, come again, or have a nice day from them.
Overpriced but happy to have a full grocery store in our small town. I miss when it was Boots.

Dirty, infested, outdated foodstuff, overpriced, wine that has turned to vinegar, and once bought a fresh made cake from the deli dept. for a dinner party, when it was cut 1.5 hrs later we discovered it was frozen, and had two labels with different sell by dates. In my honest opinion, Brookshire Brothers has no other competition in town, and locals usually visit the neighboring town for their grocery shopping.
Customer service is impeccable! Very hard to find these days! Always friendly, polite, and helpful. The prices at all their stores are always on the higher side since they operate differently than a Mega Store, but I’d rather go here if I can!! Their sales are VERY good AND you can find products here that the Mega Store doesn’t have! Love this store!
